Job Responsibilities:

Transport nurses to home visits and patients to urgent care facilities promptly and safely.

Transport medical equipment as requested by clients

Maintain knowledge of designated service areas and optimal routes.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and maintenance checks before each trip.

Assist patients during entry and exit from the vehicle as needed.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and follow trip schedules.

Respond professionally to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services.

Keep accurate trip logs and report incidents promptly.

Comply with Ghana’s road safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Class C or higher preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.

Strong knowledge of local road networks and GPS navigation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.

Physically fit and able to assist patients if necessary.

Job Title: Family Nurse (Home Care Services)

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Family Nurse to provide home-based healthcare services to patients as prescribed by physicians. The nurse will conduct home visits to deliver essential medical care, monitor patient conditions, and communicate with the medical team for effective care coordination. The role is open to nurses specializing in general nursing, pediatric care, or mental health.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct home visits to assess, treat, and monitor patients based on physician instructions.
Administer medications, wound care, and other necessary treatments.
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments.
Monitor and document patient progress, updating records as required.
Identify changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns to the medical team.
Maintain clear and timely communication with physicians, supervisors, and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards.
Adhere to Ghana Health Service (GHS) guidelines for home-based care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
Specialization in general nursing, pediatrics, or mental health is an advantage.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (home care experience is a plus).
Must have a smartphone to facilitate communication with medical teams and supervisors.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and families.
Reliable and professional with a commitment to patient care.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must provide verifiable credentials and references.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas for home visits.
Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) or willingness to learn.
